Facts about Sign&Print Connect

Sign&Print Connect is a digital exhibition that will be held February 9-11, 2021. Exhibitors present themselves and their products on the Connect web page. Visitors click on representatives that are next to the machine and ready to do a demo on Skype, Facetime or Whatsapp.

Exhibitors also do live presentations on Zoom at certain hours.  Please scrool down to see:

The site will open for exhibitors November 1, 2020 and for visitors one month later. Visitors will then we able to go in and register themselves and book time in each salespersons schedule.

Welcome to exhibit at Sign&Print Connect Sweden, February 9–11, 2021

For the first time we meet. All of us. No matter where you live or work. No matter if you are able to travel. Or not. During three days we connect. Talk and discuss. Look at products. Do business. Take part in seminars. Check out what others are doing – in other companies, in other countries.

As an exhibitor you are able to show everything – even the big solutions that normal- ly are impossible to move. And for once you meet customers from all over the coun- try – not only Stockholm. Neither exhibitors nor visitors have to worry about corona. Because we meet digitally.

What is this?

Sign&Print Connect is a digital platform where you will get the oppertunity you may present products, perform demonstrations and talk to visitors. Just like at an exhibi- tion. The difference is that the products will stay in your place. Or at a customers. Or in a demo room somewhere in the world.

When the customer calls, the sales person is standing next to the machine or software – ready to show it over Skype, Facetime or Whatsapp. If the customer participate in a demo on Zoom via the Sign&Print Connect website, they are instead able to ask questions, ask you to go closer or deeper into what you show.

We will start marketing Sign&Print Connect in November. The ambition is to reach as many visitors as we had at the Sign&Print exhibition in Stockholm last year (over
3 000 people). The only difference is that we meet over phone, tablets and PC:s.

Sign&Print Connect will be marketed in Pack Sweden, Cap&Design, Sign&Print and on Facebook and Google. There will also be a printed exhibition issue, sent out two weeks prior to the exhibition. So marketing will be just as if it had been a traditional exhibition.

 

Time schedule

1 November. The site is opened to exhibitors.
During November it is filled with products and seminar schedules.

1 December. The site is opened for visitors. They can register and start booking demos.

9 December, 8:30–14:00 CET. An internal full test of the system. Exhibitors can click on different buttons, take part in digital seminars, practice on how to let people into the Zoom rooms and answer questions. Test of Skype, Facetime and Whatsapp.

17 December. Last day to register seminars and product presentations if you want them to be included in the printed exhibition issue and seminar fold-outs.

12 January, 8:30–14:00 CET. An internal full test of the system. Exhibitors test pres- sing the buttons, take part in digital seminars, train how to let people into the Zoom rooms and answer questions. Test of Skype, Facetime and Whatsapp.

8 February, 8:30–10:00 CET. Last full scale internal test of everything in the system. All sales persons are expected to be nearby their machines or software and ready to demo on call.

9–11 February. Exhibition every day between 8:30 and 16:00 CET. During these hours everybody who is registered should be next to their exhibits and ready to answer calls and do demos.

The companies will be presented on the website in the order they register. The sooner you register your company – the further up your logo will be presented on the website.

For you who is happy to talk to just to one customer at the time.

Small+

For you who is happy talking just to one customer at the time – but have got many products

• Company name included on the front page
• Show 15 products, including pictures
• Possibility for customers to book a meeting
• Every employee is presented with picture and contactinformation. These are presented under each product

• Contact a sales person by simply clicking the Skype button
• The company and the exhibits are presented in the exhibition catalogue

SEK 20 000 / € 2 000

Medium

For you who is happy with two video presentations a day, plus the opportunity to give unlimited 1 to 1 presentations.

• Company name included on the front page • Two live demos a day, presented in the

seminar program
• Access to a Zoom channel during your presentation hours. During these hours, customers are participating in real time and are able to ask questions and are able to ask for more detailed presentations
• 15 products, including pictures
• Possible for customers to book meeting time
• Every employee presented with picture, con- tact details and description of products covered. Contact a sales person by simply clicking the Skype button
• The company and the exhibits are presented

in the exhibition catalogue SEK 30 000 / € 3 000

Large

For you who would like to be seen the most and have a lot of exhibits.

• A large logotype and company name on the front page
• Two Zoom channels of your own. For live demos where customers participate and are able to ask questions and ask for more detailed presentation • You get a list of everyone who have participated in each seminar
• Ten Live presentation times daily, presented in the printed exhibition issue of Sign&Print Magazine • 30 products with pictures
• Possible for customers to book meeting time
• Every employee presented with picture, con- tact details and description of products covered. Contact a sales person by simply clicking the Skype button
• The company and the exhibits are presented in the exhibition catalogue

SEK 45 000 / € 4 500

 

What is included?

All Zoom channels are included. Also, your own page on the website and in our marketing of the event.

We will also hold special training for these that are responsible for uploading pictures and controlling the Zoom rooms. The responsible will also learn how to (Large) get lists of these that have been in a seminar.

An advice is that most mobiles serves a good picture quality – but that a lot is won by buying a good microphone in order to improve the sound.

Sign&Print Connect is organized by AGI Publishing House AB. For more than 50 years we have produced the trade magazine in the Nordic countries. For 23 years we have also arranged exhibitions. Now we arrange Connect for the first time.
